How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches Representativetrouble Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Representativetrouble Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Representativetrouble Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@representativetrouble.beer and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short description of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may also be able to help with licensed contractors.
